Congresses make the opportunity to pose scientific subject matters and disputable topics in the form of lectures , collaboration and deliberations in the presence of the experienced deans ; and meanwhile the young colleagues will be able to add up to their experiences and learning through these subjects and gatherings.
In this international congress which is hold in urmia , neurosurgeons from foreign
Countries - America , Europe , and neighboring countries of Iran - other than our young colleagues and professors , will participate and the will exchange experience to various subjects of neurosurgery and spinal column and different areas of adults and children's neurosurgery .
In the meanwhile , the collaboration plan of the neurosurgery departments of Tabriz and Urmia , educating the residents of Urmia in Tabriz , and inter-ward activities have been conspicuous . Also the two groups have multiplied their efforts with sincerity and sympathy for holding this intimation congress.
I hope that this congress will achieve success in adding knowledge and more experience to all colleagues.
I'm thankful to all professors support all over our country Iran and appreciate dear professors in Azerbaijan and the society of neurosurgery of Iran.
In the end , it is indispensable to express my gratitude to the president of the Urmai medical science university , dear Dr. Javad Aghazadeh who , with a lot of interest and patience , has put a great deal of effort in the much better and stranger execution of this congress .
