Congress Registration Protocol 1- Registration will be possible only through the website. Complete the registration forms. When congress declared please send the receipt of payments. 2- The oral presenter does not need to pay the registration fee, but must be registered in Congress; Note that article submission will be different from Congress registration process. 3- Congress program and workshop has CME scores that will be announced later through the web site. 4- Congress registration fee will be according below table. Payments will be differing according to the type of participation and payment time.
5- Congress registration fee will be only for providing facilities such as package, lunch and snacks. 6-Workshop registration fees and registration form are available through of the website. Fee must be sent by bank transfer to announced account. 7-For participants with article submission no payments are required. In these cases only registration completion is required. 8-After sending the registration form, payment receipt and tracking code should be in your hands for starting day. 9-Participants will receive a valid certificate after congress attending for appropriate number of days. 10-The introduction of alternate members will not be possible. Only registered persons and authors can benefit from the congress facilities and services. 11-No fees will be paid back in cases of registration cancellation. 12-All persons entering the venue of the congress, firstly, should take their ID Card. No facilities will be available for entourages. 13-Participant’s accommodation will be on yours. Reservations could be done for hotels that are available through of prepared gate on the website.
