How to Poster:

 Please prepare your poster based on the following instructions:

1)  Poster paper must be prepared in dimensions 70 × 100 cm.

2) The format provided by the Secretariat of the Congress should be your guide for poster preparing.

3) Title and the names of the authors, the layout, font type and size should be according to the sample provided.

4) Posters should be written with Tahoma (28-24) font for English submissions and with B Nazarin (32-28)  for Persian submissions.

5) In your poster "Abstract, Methods, Results, Conclusions, and Resources" should be included.

6) Research ethics is essential in regulating the content of your poster.

7) You can choose the customized background color for your poster.

8)    It is recommended to set the size of the fonts in your poster in such a way that all the content be readable from a distance of one meter.

9) In preparing posters try to avoid writing a lot, instead use shapes, images, and innovative methods to made attractive content.

 10)  The provider is required to be located next the his/her poster and answer questions from visitors at a specified time.

 11)   Each author will have 5 minutes to explain the content of his/her poster.

12)  Conference organizers will determine the timeframe for poster presentations.  Timeframe will be included in the congress schedule.

 13) Prepared poster must be presented according to congress schedule in specified place.

14)  Posters must be sent to the congress secretariat, previously.  Once approved, should be installed at the location specified by holder.

15)  All posters will be judged by the judging committee of congress. Chosen posters will be announced accordingly.

 Note: Posters that do not comply with above mentioned instructions will not be evaluated by judging committee.
